10-channel relay driver

(Prototype chips are available for demonstration. Final product version will be ready by Q1/2021.)

The DRV1001 is a 10-channel relay driver ASIC. It consists of 10 individual driver channels. Each of them is capable of sinking 125 mA through a on-chip low-side switch from a high voltage (>24 V) supply.
