Single-shot Time-to-Digital Converter

The TDC2201 device is a rad-hard high-precision single-shot time-to-digital converter (TDC) for time-of-flight measurement. The TDC2201 performs the function of a picosecond stopwatch and measures the elapsed time between a START pulse and a STOP pulse. The TDC is used for Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) applications, and ultrasonic sensing measurements such as water flow meter, gas flow meter, and heat flow meter.
