Rad-hard PWM driver/pre-driver IC

The MAG-DRV00002-NP implements a radiation hardened 8-channel high voltage low-side switcher. This switcher can be programmed as driver to directly sink current from its connected loads or as pre-driver to command an externally placed driver. The nominal current through each of the 8 switchers is 125 mA continuously. The maximum voltage on each of the 8 channels is 48 V.
