Geel (hybrid possible) | Part-time | High-tech B2B marketing

At Magics, we engineer semiconductor technologies that continue operating where most electronics fail: deep in space, inside nuclear reactors, and at the core of autonomous systems facing extreme environments. Our chips power satellites, fusion research, next-generation energy systems, and critical infrastructure that societies depend on.

We’re looking for a Marketing & Sales Support Specialist who is hands-on, structured, and motivated to turn complex engineering breakthroughs into clear, compelling stories. If you’re ready to help elevate a deep-tech scale-up with global ambitions, this is your place.

This position sits at the crossroads of commercial strategy and campaign execution. You’ll help transform technical insights into high-value marketing assets, support our sales team with targeted outreach, and build a visibility engine that grows our presence in the space, nuclear, and clean-energy markets.

Your work won’t just generate leads, it will help accelerate the adoption of technologies that make our world cleaner, safer, and more resilient.

What you’ll do
  • Drive targeted lead-generation campaigns through HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and digital channels
  • Create engaging, technically grounded content
  • Prepare sales enablement materials that help convert opportunities into customers
  • Support execution around trade shows, conferences, and technical events
  • Track marketing KPIs, report on pipeline contribution, and continuously refine tactics
  • Work closely with sales to ensure message–market fit and strong alignment with commercial priorities
What we’re looking for
  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a technology, engineering, or industrial environment
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads
  • Strong writing skills. Able to translate complex technical ideas into clear, structured, persuasive copy
  • Solid experience preparing PowerPoint sales decks and customer-facing support materials
  • Someone independent, organised, proactive, and comfortable owning their domain
  • Familiarity with space, nuclear, industrial, or semiconductor markets is a plus—not a requirement
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage
Why join Magics?
  • Be part of a company building solutions for the next generation of energy, space, and autonomous systems
  • Work directly with engineers, scientists, and customers pushing the boundaries of what’s possible
  • Join a growing, dynamic team where marketing plays a strategic role, not an afterthought
  • Enjoy trust, autonomy, and the chance to shape how a deep-tech company communicates with the world
  • Make an impact in a company solving real problems with long-term significance
  • If you want your marketing work to have meaning, and you’re excited by the intersection of technology, strategy, and storytelling, we’d love to hear from you.
