Description
The MAG-DRV provides a radiation-hardened 8-channel high voltage low-side driver. MAG-DRVÂ can be used as a pre-driver or as direct switcher of industrial motor relays connected to an industrial high voltage supply rail up to 48 V. If not included in the relay, only an additional free-wheeling diode is necessary to protect the channel during switching of the channel. Besides logical on/off control, each channel can be controlled with Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM). Each channel can be programmed individually or in a master-slave configuration.
The MAG-DRV can drive up to 125 mA x 8 channel continuous output current.
